Foundation Council

The Foundation Council is the supervisory body of ZEvA and appoints the Executive Board and the members of the ZEKo and SEK. It also receives the Executive Board's accountability report, makes decisions on its discharge and approves the respective business plan. In addition, the Foundation Council decides on general strategic issues of the Foundation. The members are elected by the LHK in agreement with the MWK for a period of 5 years.
