Internal quality assurance


ZEvA strives to ensure customer satisfaction through effective quality management and acceptance analyses by evaluating our procedures. Systematic and formalised process flows as well as information and communication processes, which include regular feedback by experts and higher education institutions, contribute to quality assurance.

External quality assurance

ZEvA regularly undergoes external quality assurance according to the European Standards and Guidelines. An assessment is carried out by ENQA, on the basis of which decisions are made on both the extension of membership in ENQA and ZEvA’s listing in EQAR. A listing in EQAR is a requirement for ZEvA's accreditation in Germany by the Accreditation Council as well as ZEvA’s services in Austria and other countries of the European Higher Education Area.
